Yes, we require an ID for all for all adults, along with proof of address, proof of income for all adults and verifications for children in the home.
Clients must be under 200% of the federal poverty line, and no matter where you fall, we’ll be happy to greet you.

North Kent Connect is here to connect northern Kent County neighbors with resources to meet immediate needs and support long-term stability. Services may include food assistance, housing and utility support, one-on-one case management, employment resources, and other community-based programs.
