You can call us at (616) 866-3478 anytime on Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You can also contact us via email on our contact page or reach out to a specific staff member

You can drop off items on the south side of our building Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday donations are accepted from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We’re closed Sunday. 

We take clothing in any condition, as long as it’s not wet, smoky or full of pet hair. Clothing deemed not suitable for our marketplace is sold for rags, with proceeds benefiting NKC.

Unfortunately we cannot accept these items.

We do not take any TVs. It costs us $.25/pound (about $25 per TV set) to dispose of each TV set.

We offer a food pantry, educational programs, referrals to our support pantries, seasonal services, and services for seniors. You can also view our calendar of services for more information on upcoming programs.

If you are a current client and would like a referral during business hours, simply call our main line and ask for a food referral. After hours, call (616) 866-3478 ext. 344 and leave a message, including your full name and phone number.

NKC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, funded by individuals, businesses, churches and civic groups in our community.

We partner with Arbor Circle and Counselor Kelsey Dipirro is located on site at NKC.
