Scott Christie came to NKC two years ago, after working in sales for 10 years. As Director of Donor Engagement, Scott connects churches, businesses, civic groups, schools, and individuals with our mission. Pastor Ben Taylor encouraged Scott to consider this position and spoke about his good friend:

“Scott is naturally gifted. He has that great combination of care for people but also sales and marketing ability. When we met at a Sparta restaurant to talk about the job, I was able to answer his questions about NKC and affirm his strengths. I saw Scott’s passion for people and his ability to see the big picture and connect the dots. Even now, when Scott talks to donors, he always keeps the clients in mind.

It was the perfect fit and timing – where we were at North Kent Connect and where Scott was in his career path. Both converged at the same time. It was God’s providence.“
